My only explanation led me to believe that Bill And Ted were loose in Pacific Park. They had traveled back in time, and somehow ended up in the Garden of Eden. There, they had found the Biblical Eve, just after she had eaten from the tree of knowledge, and brought her back to the 21st Century. Newly clothed and ready to explore what the future had to offer, Bill and Ted gave her a last name fitting her features. She was indeed, a babe, after all.
